Strep AND Ear Infection

I feel like such a bad mom, but honestly William has been playing and running around like normal, but has been running a fever since Monday…really the only sign something was wrong other than he was a little more irritable and crabby during naptime. So, thinking it was just teething, his 2 year molars, we didn’t bring him in until yesterday (Wednesday) and they said he has both an ear infection and strep. Poor little guy. Below are some pics from before going to the doctor yesterday (and one from E in the morning, who STILL has a cold).
